Cycle North Carolina Mountains to Coast 2026 To my WAB friends.
Ever think of riding a long distance ride across a neighboring state where you can experience the geology of the Mountains, the Piedmont and the Coastal Plain areas all in a week. I am seriously considering the North Carolina Mountains to Coast (M2C) this year for 2 reasons. 1)because I’m not getting any younger 2) because I’m not getting any younger. The ride has been scheduled for October 4-10,2026 and starts in My. Airy and finishes on Cape Hatteras .For more information you can query

and scroll down to the M2C ride. I plan to tent camp along the route. There are opportunities to ride all or portions of route. For those that are “lowlanders” one could ride from Weldon NC to Hatteras NC. There are RV options as well but you would need to find a driver to move the RV along the way.
