GMM Weather Watch 16 March CANCELATION UPDATE

We have decided to cancel the March GMM and reschedule as much as we can to the 18 May GMM. The Virginia Capitol Trail Foundation team agreed with us that weather situation made for an unacceptable level of risk to hold a meeting. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello dear WAB and GMM Guests

This eMail concerns WAB event General Membership Meeting scheduled for 03/16/2026 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm .

We've been monitoring the weather forecasters predictions for Monday, which for the last few days consistently suggests strong storms, winds, and rain at the time of the GMM. 

Please keep an eye on your email and on the WAB message board for updates. We will make a decision to proceed with or cancel the GMM due to the weather by tomorrow afternoon, probably by 3pm. That should be enough time for those who travel from the far reaches of the WAB domain.
