"I did want to see if you were available at all this weekend to assist with the WBG Birthday celebration on Friday, 10/3 from 5-8pm at Billsburg? We're looking for folks to help with set-up, checking guests in, and clean-up. If you're able to make it, you can enjoy the celebration and a drink/some birthday cake on us! Please let me know if you're able to lend a hand or know anyone else who might be free, as we have struggled to find some help on the east end for this particular event. Thanks so much for your dedication to the trail."
