Friday 9/17 Air Force charity ride

2024 Event: I was cycling the VCT between Jamestown and Cul’s. 8:17-11:45 the same hours the M2M group were utilizing the trail. This was on a normal Friday. 
2025 Event: Simply be aware of the pending presence of the Air Force Cycling Team. 
Thumbs up for their yearly event. Wave or clap as they pass. 
Looking forward to seeing them again tomorrow.

The rider's will be heading northwest from Jamestown all the way to Richmond, so if you are planning for a round trip on the VCT, your southeast leg (toward Jamestown) will have more oncoming traffic than normal.

Forewarned is forearmed.

Please be aware of extra traffic on VCT on Friday.

Several hundred current or former military cyclists will be on the trail from about 10:30. 

They are heading to Richmond then on to DC on Saturday.
