My apologies for the back and forth. It turns out the original posting was correct: go to the link below, enter your email address, and press the “get code” button. That will generate a unique code specific to your order. You can go to the link as many times as you want over the next two weeks (think birthdays or the holidays), but each transaction will get a unique code.
