Given the weather looks decent for Sunday, I am going for a metric century (62 miles) on the VCT, starting at 10 am from Jamestown Settlement trailhead. My pace goal is just over four hours of riding time, or about 15 mph pace, with just a few quick stops for water and food, so planning on being done by around 2:45 pm. Many of you have mentioned an interest in increasing ride distances on the weekend, so this might fit the bill. If you're interested in riding the distance but at another pace, just meet me at 9:45 am so we can discuss each other's plans for our mutual benefit. Maybe we'll see the goats on the trail!
