I brought your issue to the attention of Rick Nevins. Right now, I see you’re signed up for 2 of the 9 to 11 am slots for helmet fittings.

Hi John! On page 2 I am signed up in the 1st helmet fitting slot (9-11) at the top of the page. The nest 3 slots all read 11-1.
On page 1 at the bottom of the page there are 3 slots. They all read 11-1. ??? Marina  &57 508 0877.
UPDATE:  I don't know what is going on with my connection to the signup page, but it just read 9-11 on page 1 so I signed up for two slots (me and Becky).  I went to page 2 to remove my name from there, went back to pg1 and they read 11-1 again!  Please know Becky and I will be there 9-11:)

I see 3 helmet fitting slots for 9 to 11 and 3 slots for 11 to 1 pm. Depending on how your viewing the list, you may be only seeing page 1 or page 2.

Hi. I signed up for helmet fitting 9-11. Usually there are two slots at 0900 that myself and Becky Brashears sign up for. I only see one 9-11 slot this year. Is there a miss print or will there only be the one slot? FYI-Becky will be coming with me either way:)

2025 Bikes Out of HibernationBikes Out of Hibernation Volunteer Signup SheetWilliamsburg Area Bicyclists club is looking for volunteers to assist in the "Bikes Out of Hibernation" event, Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.Representatives of local bike shops and the Williamsburg Area Bicyclists will be on hand to offer:

• Free safety inspections & minor adjustments
• Free tire pumping
• Free helmets & helmet fittings

We are looking for volunteers in the following areas:

1. Helmet Fitting
2. Registration
3. Bike Shop Assistance
4. Photography

We will have two shifts: 9 am to 11am & 11am to 1pm.
