For those of you participating in the Ride Between the Waters, I have some updated information. We have a number of WAB riders/friends going and there are options for folks that may want to meet up.
Reed Nester will be staying in the Chincoteague VA area and will be doing a Friday ride in that location. Contact Reed if you want more information.
Will Ameen will be staying in the Onancock area with some WAB folks and plans to ride with Reed on Friday. Will's group will ride the metric or century on Saturday. The meet up location on Saturday around 8:00am will be announced later. Will also plans to attend festivities Saturday night in Onancock.
I am staying in the Exmore area and have copied the list of folks that have notified me that they are attending the Friday night pizza party at the Holiday Inn Express as well as the Saturday night dinner at the Island House Restaurant. The cost for the pizza should be around $6 or $7 dollars per person, so please bring cash.
I plan to ride the metric on Saturday starting at 8:00am.
I also plan to do a Sunday ride starting at the Eastern Shore Wildlife Refuge at 9:00am. The 33-mile loop was developed by Reed Nester and the route can be downloaded at this link;
