Welcome Fall Blowout Ride. With the 2024 cycling season winding down and hopefully the rain ending, join Will Ameen on an 80-mile ride from Jamestown Settlement out to Four Mile Creek/Route 295 exchange and back. The pace will be an average 16.5. Rest stops and snack breaks at the gas stations along the way - Breeze In, Haupts GS/ Charles City Courthouse, and the Dairy Queen at 295. Leave Jamestown parking lot at 9:00 and if able to walk afterwards, enjoy a beer at Billsburg. Based on 16.5 mph, estimate 6 hours to complete including rest stops. Weather is looking a bit better with each passing day. Any cancelation will be posted by 7:30 a.m.
