On Wednesday's metric century, we found some more newly-chipped roads.  I believe we were in New Kent County.  Mt. Pleasant Road and Carriage Road both had been very recently done end to end.  They were passable, but beware of lots of loose gravel.

Charles City Repaving was created by Reed Nester (ReedCycle)
Karen and I were riding in Charles City County on Wednesday, June 12. Tar and chip repaving was underway on Barnetts Road between Route 5 and Church Lane. Wayside Drive west of Barnetts Road had just been tar and chipped, and was not rideable. Samaria Lane between Lott Cary Road and Cool Hill Road had been tar and chipped, but is rideable.
