March 21st General Membership Meeting Volunteers Needed

Looks like yer volunteer slots are all full up. I will also be hanging around to put away tables and chairs, clean up trash, etc. I don't think Ill be able to get there early enough for for set up.

March 21st is our General Membership meeting.  As always, we’re looking for volunteers to help setup, teardown and clean up after the meeting.  Click HERE to signup.Unfortunately, we are having issues with our volunteer website.   It seems that when some of our members signup for a volunteer opportunity, they get their initial “Thank You for Volunteering” email, but immediately get a “Sorry to hear you can no longer volunteer” email.  The position then returns as “VACANT”.   We’ve yet to resolve that issue.  So in the meantime, if that happens, don’t attempt to reapply for the position.  I receive copies of those emails and will manually add you back in as a volunteer.  But, if you intentionally want to un-volunteer,  just let me know.If you have any questions, just shoot me an email (john.w.hinton@gmail.com)
