I have several cell phone handlebar mounts of different varieties which I have tried over the years. If you would like to try any of them to see if they work for your recumbent, you are free to take it with you.

Free for just the asking:  It is an attachment for  the handle-bars of a bike to hold cell phones, etc.  It comes with the User's Guide. 
It did not work on a recumbent trike
