Karen and I are canceling the Something Different Ride this Saturday, July 19. It is too darn hot to ride. An Excessive Heat Waring is in effect from 10AM Friday to 8 PM Saturday, which means dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 112 expected. Specifically, the "feels like" temperature will be 91 at the start and 103 at the finish. The ride will be rescheduled for Saturday, August 19, 9:00AM.
