Williamsburg Christmas Parade - Survey of Interest

Williamsburg's annual Christmas parade will be held on Saturday, December 7, beginning at 5 p.m. The theme of this year's parade is "Rockin' Retro Christmas." The parade organizers are inviting parade units to choose their favorite era (from the fabulous 50s to the neon 90s) and interpret it in their entries.
Please register for this event if you are interested in joining a WAB bicycle contingent in the annual parade. Please contact the WAB Ride Coordinator if you are interested in organizing WAB's parade entry. The final day to express interest is September 15, as the parade organizers have set a deadline of September 25 to enter the parade. If no one has volunteered to lead and organize the parade unit, or if there are less than 10 interested cyclists, WAB will not submit a parade entry.
Members of a WAB parade entry will probably have to attend one or more WAB "training" rides.
