Swing by the VCTF Pop-Up Rest Stop on Saturday, April 26th at the Four Mile Creek Trailhead MM 40 from 10 am to 1 pm. Whether you're tackling a personal challenge or just enjoying a lovely day on the Capital Trail, stop by and see them! They'll have refreshments (rumor is hot dogs) and cool trail memorabilia!

Helmets are required on all WAB rides.

Registration is required for all WAB rides. Pre-registration online accomplishes the following: 1) the ride leader and other participants know who is coming; 2) you are eligible for club insurance in the event of an accident (non-members 1st ride only); 3) you accept the risks involved in riding; 4) you provide necessary legal protection for club leadership and ride leaders, and 5) we have an easy means to communicate in event of a change or cancellation.
