Start location: Parking lot to the left of the Poquoson Wendy's (the old Farm Fresh, 460 Wythe Creek Rd)
Roll Time: 9:30 AM (please arrive no later than 9:15 AM)
Route: Poquoson Wendy's to Messick Point to Heidi's Point and back.
Distance: 30 miles
Pace: Rolling 12-14 mph with (4) sprint options
Rest stops: Messick Point (with bathrooms) and Heidi's Point (end of Pasture Road)
Bring helmet, lights, water bottles, and snacks.
Optional post ride social at Wendy's (chili, frosties, etc.)
This is a joint PBA / WAB ride.
