Pop-up Frothy Moon Pub Ride

This is the first in what I hope will be a spring and summer series of Saturday morning, moderate B+, no-drop rides.

What does "moderate B+, no-drop" mean?  The intended audience is high B and B+ cyclists.  The target, end-of-ride, moving average pace is about 16.5 to 17.0 mph, but on any given ride, where we fit in that range will depend upon who shows up.  If necessary, to stay together as a group, we will re-group at the tops of long climbs and at stop signs.  The ride leader will appreciate on-the-ride feedback about the pace.

Today's ride will be a Jamie Clark-style pub ride (I loved his pub rides) starting at the Frothy Moon Brewhouse, 1826 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185.  Future pub rides will be staged from Second Street, Alewerks, Two Drummers, et al.

Please park in the gravel parking lot on the north (left) side of the Brewhouse, not on the pavement on the south (right) side of the brewhouse.  Frothy writes:  "We ask that you park as far away from the building as possible to leave space for other patrons (even along the tree line is preferred). We also request that as many of the riders as possible stop in for a beverage after the ride (we have plenty of water, beer, coffee, tea, cold brew, soda, and prosecco!)."

Any cancelation will be posted no later than 7:30 a.m. Sat. morning.
