Reed & Karen Nester are continuing a series of easy and casual D-pace rides (10-12 mph) through local neighborhoods. These rides will be around 10 miles mostly on low-traffic neighborhood roads No one will be left behind.
We will meet at 10:00 am on Monday, June 27 at Shorty’s Diner (627 Merrimac Trail) - look for Reed & Karen on their tandem. Pre-registration is requested. To pre-register, click on the blue “Book this Event” button.
This 10 mile ride will be a meandering tour of the York Terrace area (Queenswood, Charleston Heights, Bruton Glen, Queens Creek, Felgates Woods, Springfield Terrace, Vineyard Heights, York Court, York Terrace, Nelson Park, Nelson Circle). Helmets are required, fancy bicycle clothing is not.
Any weather cancellation will be posted on the Message Board no later than 7:30 am Monday.
