Mystery Adventure RideStart Point: Bicycle Co-Op of WilliamsburgStart Time: 9:30 AMPace: We'll all stay togetherSome were not able to join in the first version of this ride, in February. Andy Ballentine will lead the ride, featuring two additional stops. We'll stop at the site of a colonial school building that was hiding in plain site until it was recently discovered, and we'll visit its new location. We'll stop at four forgotten burial grounds, one recently re-discovered and one newly re-discovered. We'll ride on an abandoned colonial road until we have to turn around because a bridge is out. We'll stop at the site of the bloodiest battle in Williamsburg's history.Allow three hours for this 20 mile ride. Much of the ride will be on pavement. Some will be off-road. Bring a hybrid-type bike with wider tires.Pre-registration is requested.
