Weekly Friday Friends Ride. The rides are usually on the Virginia Capital Trail (VCT), and usually 25 to 30 miles in length. The ride leader will ride at a "C" pace. However, participants are welcome to ride whatever distance and pace they wish.
Enjoy lunch or a snack at Spoke 'n Art after the ride.
Pre-registration is required. Any cancelation will be posted by 7:30 a.m.
