Bike-fit event sponsored by Conte's. (Apparently this is open to anybody, as it was publicized via a Conte's blast to John Q Public.)
I'm looking forward to having the members of the Williamsburg Area Bicyclists and the Peninsula Bicycling Association to our shop on the evening of Tuesday, March 3, at 6pm. We will discuss some of the most common challenges we experience in our feet, hips, and a combination of our backs, shoulders, neck and hands while riding our bikes. The presentation will last approximately 30-45 minutes and will be followed by pizzas, beverages, and the opportunity to ask specific fit-related questions.

Good Fit. Good Comfort. Good Fun.
Tuesday, March 3 • 6:00 PM
Numb hands. Sore hips. Aching feet. Let’s fix that.
Join us for an informative session focused on eliminating common cycling discomfort and improving your ride from the ground up. We’ll explain why riders experience strain in the feet, hips, back, shoulders, neck, and hands—and how Conte’s Fit Protocols create the symmetry, stability, and support you need to ride comfortably and confidently.
We’ll cover:
Arch support, cleat position, and forefoot alignment
Saddle width, shape, position, and crank length
Posture, mobility, and upper-body support
We’ll also review our fit services and help you determine the best option for your individual needs.
Ride more comfortably. Ride more confidently. Ride more.
