Ride starts at Four Mile Creek Trailhead, rides into Richmond on the Capital Trail, continues on the Canal Walk Trail to the Potterfield Bridge Overlook, then back through Church Hill neighborhood and assorted neighborhood streets in Henrico then back on the Capital Trail to finish at Four Mile Creek Trailhead. Store stop with bathroom at 7-11 at mile 8.2 and 22.1.
